Locally based Nitya Capital has purchased One Westchase Center, a 466,025-sf office building at 10777 Westheimer Rd.
Built in 1982 and renovated in 2019, the 12-story office building has an onsite deli, fitness center, and 2,700-sf conference center. It also has a 1,400-space parking garage.
