Nitya Capital buys four-building Chasewood Technology Park
Houston-based Nitya Capital has acquired Chasewood Technology Park, a four-building office property in Cypress, on the heels of another office purchase in Westchase.
JLL Capital Markets represented the Dallas-based seller, The GenCap Group, and worked on behalf of Nitya to secure a $46 million loan through Morgan Stanley, according to a press release from JLL.
