Swapnil Agarwal founded Nitya Capital in 2013 in Houston, Texas, building it into a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with approximately $3.0 billion in assets under management across value-add multifamily properties nationwide. He also established the firm's in-house property management partnership so that acquisitions, asset management, and property operations stay aligned from acquisition through exit. In 2023, Swapnil was named a National Finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award. He continues to lead Nitya's investment strategy and investor relationships.
