We are pleased to announce our upcoming acquisition of Yardz at Mirabelli, located within the West Valley submarket in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our previous acquisitions of Carmel Apartments in Laredo, Texas as well as The Muse Apartments in Dallas, Texas, have already proven to be crucial testaments to our growth, even in the wake of Covid-19.
This new Yardz property marks a major milestone in Nitya’s reach within the Las Vegas region as it is also our third acquisition in the area. We’re pleased to offer investors the chance to obtain new investment opportunities through our crowdfunding platform and the Yardz will be no exception!
